Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the credxme.com website and the CredX client platform (collectively, the "Service") provided by The Malloy Group Financial. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Important. Paid credit-improvement services require a separate signed Service Agreement that supplements these Terms. Where the two conflict, the signed Service Agreement controls for paid clients.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to use the Service.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@credxme.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Permitted Use

Personal, non-commercial use of educational content and your own client portal.
You may not redistribute the masterclass, dispute templates, or other proprietary content.
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public portions of the Service.

4. Credit-Repair Services Disclosures

CredX is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
CredX does not guarantee any specific credit-score outcome or removal of any specific item, except where expressly stated in writing for a specific plan (e.g., the Premium "+50 Points or Money Back" guarantee, subject to its written terms).
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus yourself for free under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
You have the right to cancel your credit-repair Service Agreement within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund of any fees paid, in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.

5. Affiliate Links

Some links on this site (including Self, Kikoff, IdentityIQ, MyFreeScoreNow, Credit Strong, Rent Reporters, Grow Credit, Kovo, and Ava) are affiliate links. CredX may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. We only feature products we believe support our clients' goals.

6. Payments & Refunds

Pricing is shown in USD on the pricing page and on the signup form. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are governed by your signed Service Agreement (3-day right of cancellation under CROA, plus any plan-specific guarantee).

7. Intellectual Property

The CredX name, logo, masterclass, dispute letter generator output, AI coaching ("Cesar"), and all software are the property of The Malloy Group Financial. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredX disclaims all implied warranties. CredX's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the portal or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in California, except for small-claims matters and equitable relief.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance.
