These Masterclass & Educational Services Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the CredX 5-Day Masterclass and any related educational courses, videos, slides, glossaries, worksheets, templates, and informational tools (collectively, the "Educational Content") offered by The Malloy Group Financial LLC d/b/a CredX ("CredX," "we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing the Educational Content, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to purchase or use the Educational Content.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Educational Content for your own individual education. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publicly post, redistribute, or use the Educational Content to operate a competing or derivative service. Account access is for a single user; do not share your login.
The current 5-Day Masterclass is a one-time educational purchase at the price shown at checkout, not a monthly subscription. No separate paid support is included or authorized by that purchase. Any future recurring offer requires separate, clearly disclosed authorization. Where credit-repair law applies to an offering, its performance and billing restrictions control regardless of the product name.
Because the Educational Content is digital and available immediately, the following refund policy applies: you may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing contact@credxme.com. Refund requests may be declined where a substantial portion of the content has already been accessed, completed, or downloaded, or where there is evidence of abuse of this policy. This policy does not limit statutory refunds, remedies for billing errors, or cancellation rights under any covered service agreement. A completed initial analysis or consultation does not authorize advance payment for future credit-related support.
CredX Readiness Score is a proprietary readiness metric, not a consumer credit score such as FICO, a lending decision or a guarantee. If we display third-party credit scores, monitoring data, or uploaded report information, it is provided for your information only, may be sourced from third parties, and may differ from scores used by lenders. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it does not constitute a credit decision or financial advice.
The CredX name, logo, the Masterclass, all course materials, templates, and software are owned by The Malloy Group Financial and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The Educational Content is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredX disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CredX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. CredX's total liability for any claim arising out of the Educational Content is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Malloy Group Financial from claims arising out of your misuse of the Educational Content or your violation of these Terms or of any law.
You may stop using the Educational Content at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, except for small-claims matters and requests for equitable relief, only to the extent enforceable under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable consumer rights or remedies, including any applicable CROA rights.
We will post updates with a revised date and provide notice or obtain additional assent where required. Updates do not retroactively change a completed purchase or authorize new recurring charges.
