These Masterclass & Educational Services Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the CredX 5-Day Masterclass and any related educational courses, videos, slides, glossaries, worksheets, templates, and informational tools (collectively, the "Educational Content") offered by The Malloy Group Financial ("CredX," "we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing the Educational Content, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to purchase or use the Educational Content.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Educational Content for your own individual education. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publicly post, redistribute, or use the Educational Content to operate a competing or derivative service. Account access is for a single user; do not share your login.
Prices are shown in USD at checkout. One-time purchases are charged in full at purchase. If you select a subscription or payment plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by emailing us before the next billing date.
Because the Educational Content is digital and available immediately, the following refund policy applies: you may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing contact@credxme.com. Refund requests may be declined where a substantial portion of the content has already been accessed, completed, or downloaded, or where there is evidence of abuse of this policy. This refund policy applies only to the Educational Content and does not modify the terms of any separate service agreement.
If we display credit scores, monitoring data, or report information, it is provided for your information only, may be sourced from third parties, and may differ from scores used by lenders. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it does not constitute a credit decision or financial advice.
The CredX name, logo, the Masterclass, all course materials, templates, and software are owned by The Malloy Group Financial and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The Educational Content is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredX disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CredX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. CredX's total liability for any claim arising out of the Educational Content is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Malloy Group Financial from claims arising out of your misuse of the Educational Content or your violation of these Terms or of any law.
You may stop using the Educational Content at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in California, except for small-claims matters and requests for equitable relief.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance.
